Founder, Nutritionist & mother of three lovely girls
A FOOD LOVER AND ADVOCATE!
Following three years of studying for a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition Science at St Mary's University, Twickenham, London, where I graduated with First-class honours, I went on to complete an MSc in Women's and Children's Health at King's College London. I am a Registered Nutritionist (Public Health), RNutr, with the Association for Nutrition (registration number 12407). I have gained a vast amount of knowledge during these past years. Analysing scientific journals and conducting my own in-depth scientific research project was very challenging yet very rewarding. I have learned that nutrition is science, not an opinion. I now feel empowered to apply my earned knowledge with an aim to help you in an ethical and scientific approach. I founded Nutrition1st LTD with a mission to help people to become the person they want to be. My ultimate goal is to help YOU to become the BEST version of yourself in relation to your nutrition, ideal body weight, your health and your wellbeing.
With a Native Amazon Brazilian heritage, I had to learn at a very young age that FOOD is much more than just pleasure. It is something very precious - IT IS something for our survival. Therefore I learned to love and appreciate food by eating mindfully and just the right amount with the right frequency that my body needs. That means everything is in balance and moderation, which translates as having greater respect and passion for your body and mind as well as listening to them.
I always take good care of my body and mind, for this is where I LIVE and with your permission, I promise to help you take care of your body and mind, healthily, ethically and safely.
